What is a RoseDog Books Gift Certificate? RoseDog Books Gift Certificates can be used to buy almost any item sold on www.RoseDogBooks.com. You can buy gift cards and send them by e-mail anywhere in the world. If you've received a gift card, once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases. When will the gift card arrive? E-mail gift cards generally arrive within 15 minutes of being ordered. Currently, you cannot send an e-card with your gift card or schedule delivery for a future date. Can I send an e-card with an e-mail gift card? While you can send a personalized message with your e-mail gift card, customized e-cards are currently not available to send with e-mail gift cards. Also, you cannot schedule delivery of gift cards for a future date. E-mail gift cards are usually delivered within 15 minutes after your order is placed. I accidentally deleted my gift card, can you send me another one? Please contact us at BookOrders@RoseDogBooks.com with the following information: -order number (if possible) -purchaser's name and recipient's name -e-mail address to which the gift card was sent We'll contact you by e-mail once we have canceled the original gift card and issued a new one. How do I redeem my certificate? Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the RoseDog Books website toward the purchase of books and e-books. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. What about loss and fraud? The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. RoseDog Books will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is redeemed and used to make purchases on the web site. Are there any service charges? RoseDog Books does not apply any service charges to gift certificates. Will the gift certificate expire? At this time RoseDog Books Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date. In the event of a change in policy the gift certificate receiver will be contacted. I am providing you with my friend's email address. Will they be spammed? RoseDog Books reserves the right to contact gift certificate holders regarding the status of their gift certificate. We do not send nonspecific emails to gift certificate holders. |
