After the author wrote his first book, Industrial Strength Poems and Short Stories, he decided to write his second book about love, religion, and emotions, which formed Poetry in Motion.
Author Lawrence Cada has taken events in time and molded them into poetry to express his views about love, religion, and emotions. He has chosen to write about the common people in life who have experienced every line of his poems. Each poem represents how life is moved before our very eyes at a rate that compliments Poetry in Motion when each word is read.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born during the “Baby Boom,” Lawrence Cada grew up in a poor environment in River Rouge, Michigan. There was little opportunity to be successful in life. It was 1958, and the only job he could get was selling newspapers on a corner. He was twelve years old at the time, and his height didn’t help. He remembers the determination to succeed he felt when all papers were sold. And when he wasn’t selling them, he was reading them. He liked the way the words were put together, an inspiration he carries with him to this day in his writing.
